I cannot believe I have found your fabulous genealogy page. Been researching my husbands side of the family. His grandmother was Jennie Harvey, who married Albert Fowler. I have been researching about a year and only came across the Lackie connection this week. I was looking at Moses Harvey having married a Mary Lackie and then found that Susannah Harveyhad married a Robert Lackie. I was wondering if they had married brothers and sisters. Now I find your wonderful site and all the connections I have made, the Caleb Newton Smith line, the Martha Bull line, you have them all, and better yet your page is full of interesting photos and documents.. I am so excited to have discovered you.
We are out in BC and I would be happy to fill you in on our side of the family. Emma Fowler, my husbands grandmother married into the Johnston family. My father in law has told me since we met that there were loyalists in his background, and I had found Rulof Rulofson, but now you have all this about Charity Newton Smith. I had not seen anything like that before.
Anyways, looking forward to hearing from you and finding out more about how we are related.
